The cover is an example of the Mixed Merger process used on type
Images that were not originally intended to be stitched together were selected and processed in an attempt to combine the photographs in new and interesting ways.
What resulted was a collection of surreal environments and compositions with many fragmented perspectives. Through the photo selection process, I began to find photographs that paired well with each other and would likely yield interesting combinations.
The book contained examples of the most visually striking merges
The model I generated to justify and explain the use of these tools in a new way
